II Nephi 2:26 And the Messiah cometh in the fulness of time, that he may redeem the children of men from the fall...
Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Mosiah 23:13 And now as ye have been delivered by the power of God out of these bonds...even so I desire that ye should stand fast in this liberty wherewith ye have been made free...

The word 'bond' appears six times in the Book of Mormon, every time in the phrase 'bond and free'. The words 'male' and  'female' are used seven times, every time together in the phrase 'male and female'. This phrase appears alongside the phrase 'bond and free' four times.

The word 'yoke' is used eleven times. Three of these instances are Old Testament quotations (II Nephi 19:4, II Nephi 20:27, II Nephi 24:25). The word appears in the phrase 'yoke of bondage' (Gal 5:1) five times.

The word 'circumspectly' is used three times in the Book of Mormon, every time in the phrase 'walk circumspectly before God'.

The plural word 'darts' (an archaic term for a spear) is used only once in the Book of Mormon.

Philippians 2:10,11 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow...And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord... Mosiah 27:31 Yea, every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess before him. Yea, even at the last day, when all men shall stand to be judged of him, then shall they confess that he is God...

The phrase 'work out' is used only twice in the Book of Mormon, both times in the phrase 'work out your own salvation'. The combination of 'fear and trembling' appears only once, in the same context as Philippians 2:12.

Philippians 2:10,11 is actually a paraphrase of Isaiah 45:23. Again, the Book of Mormon quotes a New Testament paraphrase of an Old Testament verse. The text of Isaiah reads as follows:

Isaiah 45:23 I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

The word 'knit' is used only once in the Book of Mormon.
