II Peter 1:13 ...to stir you up by putting you in remembrance... I Nephi 2:24 ..to stir them up in the ways of remembrance.
II Nephi 5:25 ...to stir them up in remembrance of me...
Mosiah 1:17 ...to stir them up in remembrance of their duty.
Mosiah 6:3 ...and to stir them up in remembrance of the oath which they had made...
Alma 4:19 ...to stir them up in remembrance of their duty...
Alma 25:6 ...to be stirred up in remembrance of the words which Aaron and his brethren had preached to them...

III Nephi 26:3 ...even until the elements should melt with fervent heat, and the earth should be wrapt together as a scroll, and the heavens and the earth should pass away...
Mormon 9:2 Behold, will ye believe in the day of your visitation--behold, when the Lord shall come, yea, even that great day when the earth shall be rolled together as a scroll, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat...
II Peter 3:16 ...which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. Alma 13:20 ...Behold, the scriptures are before you; if ye will wrest them it shall be to your own destruction.

The words 'dog', 'vomit', 'sow' (female pig) and 'wallowing' (II Peter 2:22) all appear only once in the Book of Mormon. The word 'mire' is used twice, once in a quotation from the Old Testament (II Nephi 20:6).

The words 'fervent' and 'elements' (II Peter 3:10) are each used only twice in the Book of Mormon, both times together in the same phrase.

The word 'wrest' (II Peter 3:16) is found only once in the Book of Mormon. (The word was mispelled 'arrest' in the 1830 version.)
